Decide which tools you want to use to manage your e-mail, calendars, and contacts. Add, modify, and transfer data from Outlook to Soffront (or vice-versa). Synchronize automatically and seamlessly.

Link Emails To “Any” CRM Record
Soffront Outlook Integration allows users to easily link incoming and outgoing Outlook email messages to any record within their CRM system, improving sales information.

For example, a sales person receives an email from a channel partner about an opportunity. The sales person wants to associate this email with the prospect’s record and add it to the opportunity record. With Soffront, the process is completed in a single step.

360 Degree Customer View
Connect every email message sent and received in Outlook with the appropriate Soffront customer record for a complete history of communication with customer. Everyone will have access to complete customer communications history without having to look through multiple Inboxes or Sent Items folders.
