Project Manager

Soffront is actively looking for experienced Project Managers to manage CRM projects from definition to completion for its ever-growing customer base. 

This position requires good experience in project management, customer interviewing and project specification, scheduling and managing the implementation, training and rollout. SQL Server, Oracle, Java and VB scripting experience, web applications, securities all are plus. Must possess very good communication skills.

A college degree in computer science or equivalent is required.


Marketing Manager

Soffront is actively looking for an experienced Marketing Communication Manager to manage online and print media marketing activities.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing enterprise software for both online and print media marketing. This also requires experience of working with PR firms, advertising firms to create print/internet advertising materials, creating PowerPoint presentations, brochures, white papers, marketing collateral, conducting Web-seminars, executing marketing campaigns and good understanding of CRM/ERP/MRP software.

A college degree in marketing or equivalent is required.


Manager, Pre-sales and post-sales Support

Soffront is actively looking for experienced managers to manage a team of pre-sales engineers and a team of post-sales customer support engineers.

This position requires a true leader in employee and customer management, customer satisfaction and survey, project management, training and knowledge management. Knowledge of databases, web applications, securities are necessary. Must possess very good communication skills.

A college degree in computer science or equivalent is required.


Sr. C++/COM Developer

Soffront has openings for senior C++ engineers to maintain, enhance and support Soffront's popular windows and web-based CRM software. 

This position requires 3+ years of experience in C++/COM development using Microsoft technologies. This position also requires experience in SQL databases, VB and Java scripting, object-oriented programming methodologies, web server and internet security technologies, email and Internet development and management tools. Experience in .NET is a plus.

A Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science or in equivalent discipline is required.


Computer Programmer

Soffront has an opening for a computer programmer in it's Fremont, California development center to maintain, enhance and support Soffront's popular web-based CRM software.

Sr. Web Developer

Soffront has openings for senior ASP, .NET and web application development engineers to maintain, enhance and support Soffront's popular web-based CRM software. 

This position requires 3+ years of experience in ASP development. This position also requires experience in SQL databases, VB and Java scripting, object-oriented programming methodologies, web server and internet security technologies, email and Internet development and management tools. Experience in .NET, Java, C++ is plus.

A Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science or in equivalent discipline is required.


Systems Engineer/ Programmer Analyst 

Soffront has an opening for a Systems Engineer/Programmer Analyst in its professional services division for Soffront's popular web-based CRM software. 

This position requires a 2+ experience in analyzing customer needs, creating customer requirements documentation and design, invent, build and deliver functions/applications to client’s specifications. This position requires a good understanding of ASP (Active Server Pages), VB/Java Script, COM objects, and database technologies as well as an excellent communication and presentation skills. This position requires 25% traveling.

A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or in equivalent discipline is required.


Software Outside/Inside Sales professionals/ Managers 

Soffront has many openings for Outside and Inside sales professionals and managers to represent it’s popular CRM product line. 

The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, account management, client site demos, and C-level meetings and closing sales. Must have a college degree or equivalent. Software Technical Support Engineer

Soffront is actively hiring Sr. Technical Support Engineers to support its CRM suite. 

The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in supporting enterprise database application on LAN and the Web. The candidate must have excellent customer service experience along with a strong technical background. Experience of CRM/ERP/MRP application support is a plus.
