New England Controls has substantially improved their service and support processes and capabilities since deploying Soffront’s popular CRM software in June of 2005. Soffront CRM is used by the SureService division of New England Controls, a supplier of distributed control systems to automate manufacturing
processes.
The company looked at numerous CRM options, but chose Soffront because they wanted an on-premise solution that was also flexible and customizable.

want to add more licenses to my Soffront implementation. How do I
update my license?
Answer:

Replace the
new license.ini file given by Soffront under the Track server folder (E.g., /Program Files/Soffront/Track32/server/).

Open TrackWeb.
-
Goto Setup -> Users and Groups Setup -> License... and select Track from the drop-down list and click Save.

Similarly select TrackWeb from the list and Save.
-
Close the window and logout of TrackWeb.

Log into Track for Windows and TrackWeb to verify if everything is working as before.
