Question:
As an Account Manager I need a facility to
create a standard e-mail format for all new prospects. I do not want
to create the same email for every new prospect. How do I satisfy my
need?
Answer:
You can do this by creating reusable email templates. Then you
compose customized template based emails.
To do so,
1. Login to TRACKWeb. Click Setup on the Task bar.
2. Click Email Template under My Setup.
3. Click the New icon.
4. Type the name of the email template in the Name field.
5. Type the subject of the email template in the Subject
field.
6. Type the content you want to send with the mail in the Body
field.
7. Click OK to add the email template.
Now, you can use this template every time you compose a new email
from TRACKWeb.
