Soffront offers its products with a choice of floating or
dedicated licenses, or any combination of both.
Floating licenses: It is the number of users that can access the
application simultaneously - irrespective of who logs in.
Dedicated licenses: These licenses are assigned to specific users
and only those users can access the application.
Example:
If you purchase 2 dedicated and 5 floating licenses then in addition
to the administrator, a total of 7 users can simultaneously access
the application. The 2 dedicated licenses cannot be used by any
other users except the two assigned, but 5 floating licenses can be
used by any 5 users.

The bi-directional integration allows users to work in the

work entirely within Perforce without having to switch to the defect

requests entered in the Soffront system.
