As many of you know, Soffront has over nine years of experience serving the mid-size CRM market. Our focus has always been steady growth with profitability. Today, we are stronger than ever and  have the most flexible CRM solutions in the industry. In 1992, we started with a product to track product defects, customers calls and contacts. Today, we offer end-to-end integrated CRM solutions supporting sales, marketing, customer and employee service, and knowledge management.

If you currently use only one or two of our solutions such as defect tracking  or help desk  let us know if we can help you in other areas of CRM such as sales or marketing or self-service. Soffront is dedicated to earn your business and make you succeed. Soffront Asset Management solution

Soffront offers Soffront Assets and Soffront IT Asset Auditing to help you keep track of your assets. In conjunction with Soffront Employee Self-service, Soffront Remote Conferencing and Soffront Internal Help-Desk applications, this offers a complete solution for your employee service needs.

Asset Management helps you to keep an inventory of your assets. You can associate which employee has actually been assigned the asset and keep track of key information like life expectancy of the asset, current value and maintenance dates. IT Asset Auditing automatically discovers your IT assets in the network and generates configuration information, such as the operating system and the software installed, on each machine.

Soffront Assets is not limited to IT assets only. You can track and run reports on all of your assets.

Soffront CRM Q&As 

Question: I need shortcut access to my favorite queries and reports. How do I do it?

Answer:  It is possible with 7.0. There are two ways to do it - Startup Queries and Sub-menus. Together these features provide a powerful way to personalize Soffront CRM for you.

When you log-in to Soffront CRM application, the results of your startup query shows. To illustrate, a sales rep may want to see all his accounts on which he scheduled activities for the day, when he logs-in. A support rep, may want to see all new tickets that have been assigned to him.

You may also specify a sub-menu for each object. These sub-menus can point to your favorite queries or reports. To illustrate, a sales manager may want to access all active leads assigned to his team and the sales forecast for his team, using a sub-menu under Accounts.

Startup queries and sub-menus can be specified at the group or individual level.

Have you upgraded to 7.0 ?

Our latest version, Soffront CRM 7.0 has been very popular with our customers. More than, 25% of them have already upgraded and are very happy with the user interface, improved functionality and performance. If you have subscribed to premium support, there is no cost to upgrade. If you are not in the support plan, consider subscribing as soon as possible. Upgrading to the latest version is  very important, as it ensures that you will receive faster response on any support issues you may have.

Soffront CRM Q&As 

Question: So, what is new in 7.0?

Answer:

Apart from Startup queries and Sub-menus 7.0 offers a lot of valuable features. 

To mention a few:

  • The query results interface is a lot better with 1-click sorting and an easy way to navigate the result set. You can get the record count for the result set, with just one click.

  • Each user can specify his/her own notification criteria for every object, without the help of the admin.

  • When you receive automatic notifications from Soffront CRM application, the email contains a hyper link that you can click to bring up the record. 

  • Outlook integration is tighter - you can access your e-mails from with the Soffront application and maintain your tasks/activities at one place; you can import/export from Outlook for easy interoperability.

The Soffront Asset Management solution, that we talked about earlier, is a new module in 7.0.
