Soffront gains sales momentum in government sector

Soffront is seeing increased sales momentum in all areas of local, state and federal governmental agencies. Soffront is a qualified small business and currently has a GSA contract award pending.

“We have always had a strong presence in the federal government with customers such as the United States Army, Navy and Air Force. Soffront CRM 8.0 to be released shortly

The release of version 8.0 of Soffront CRM is around the corner. This release further consolidates Soffront's position as “built to adapt” CRM by enriching the customization and personalization features. The release offers Web based customization, personalized dashboards and is localization ready for European languages. 

The out-of-the-box version supports industry best practices like configurable lead distribution, multi-stage campaigns & ROI reports, robust channel management, automatic surveys and multi-tiered support contracts. In addition, it includes powerful matrix reports to draw insights from up-to-the-minute data, standards based 
email integration, job scheduling for auto execution and NT authentication support. All in all, its enhanced flexibility, more out-of-the-box and an even further reduction in the total cost of ownership (TCO).

The pre-release version is available now. Customers with valid annual support contracts qualify for the upgrade at no cost. Please contact your account manager for details on how to upgrade.

Question: How is email integration different in 8.0?

Answer:

Soffront CRM already features tight Outlook integration. Version 8.0 expands this to any SMTP mail system and eliminates the need to have a local mail client (like Outlook). Access emails, from any location, with a browser, from TrackWeb. Version 8.0 uses standard protocols - IMAP and SMTP to access mail folders and send emails respectively. While the out-of-the-box solution is tested for integration with Exchange, it can be easily extended to other mail systems that support these protocols.
