Leads
Management in TRACKWeb 8.0.0.2
Soffront CRM 8.0.0.2 follows the best practices in leads management.
The built-in workflow allows distributing leads to your internal
sales or tele-marketing team, before they are assigned to outside
reps. The tele-marketing / internal sales team qualifies the lead.
The qualified lead is assigned to the appropriate representative,
based on required criteria or a combination of multiple conditions.
Specify multi-conditional criteria based on one or more fields to
identify and isolate duplicate leads. Mark duplicate leads based on
exact or partial match. Define noise words such as 'Corp.', 'Ltd.'
etc. to standardize the search of duplicate
leads.
The leads from the Web-based campaigns are transferred to the CRM
database automatically. With Soffront Sales Automation, know who is
the lead assigned to and the lead status. With Soffront Marketing
Automation, maintain a track of campaigns that produced the lead and
measure its ROI.

PayPlus software (www.payplus.com), a leading solution provider for Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), is using
Soffront CRM to provide superior service, consolidate databases, and save time. Although a division of PayPlus Software, SLS
Triad, had been using the helpdesk module of Soffront CRM for seven years, the company updated all software and purchased
additional modules in April of 2003.
According to Jeff Zickler, President, PayPlus Software:
"In order to improve customer support, we needed a software solution that would combine several disparate databases
throughout the company and allow us to track issues, guaranteeing resolution in a timely manner. Prior to Soffront, we were
using an in-house application that was becoming very expensive to update and maintain.
The Soffront solution is a more cost-effective and robust solution. Although many companies claim that their software is
customizable, in reality, it isn’t. The problem with customizing an application is that if you make too many modifications,
you won’t be able to accept updates from the software vendor.
Soffront allows us to tailor the software to meet our specific business processes without the fear of experiencing problems
when we update. Because PayPlus has two separate divisions with very different business processes, Soffront’s customization
capabilities are very important to us. Because Soffront is Web-based, all employees have access, resulting in a dramatic
escalation in visibility. We’ve redesigned the dashboard so that the first thing anyone sees when they log in is the open
calls. With visibility like that, calls don’t stay open for long. We are confident that tickets get opened, prioritized and
resolved quickly.
Instead of several databases with conflicting data, we now have one coherent and consistent database. All of our historical
data for the past three years has been converted into Soffront CRM, allowing technicians to do a quick search or query by
example. This capability saves a tremendous amount of time when resolving current issues.
In the past 60-90 days, I’ve received more voice mail and email messages from happy customers with positive comments
regarding support than I have received in the last previous 2-3 quarters."

Soffront CRM Q&A
Question:
I want to set up email
notifications for myself. This rule will apply only to me and not
all users. How do I do it?
Answer:
Set up a notification rule in TRACKWeb that applies only to the
individual who defines the rule. This is different from the
administrator provided notification rules that are based on the
workflow and are applicable to the specified users in a user group.
Example, as the product manager of a particular product, you can
specify a rule to receive email notification when a ‘severe’ ticket
pertaining to the product is raised.
Define the rule from the Setup > Notification Rule
menu in TRACKWeb. Click New from the menu, choose the object,
specify the action and set the filter condition that will trigger
the rule.
