American Sports Products Group Inc. (ASPG) has installed Soffront CRM software to help track and distribute national sales leads to their distributor network. ASPG is a privately held holding company and the largest sports and recreation organization of its kind in the world. ASPG decided to first implement Soffront SALES at Sport Court, Inc (an ASPG operating company) to improve the sales lead process of the company’s external dealer network.

Can I change the view fields
listed in a child record?
Answer:
Yes. You can do this from the Soffront Customization Tool - TRACK. Here's the sequence of steps to accomplish that:

Log-in to TRACK as 'admin'

Click on the Table whose view fields you want to modify.

Choose Setup > Form Manager from the menu.

Click the 'View' button from the resulting 'Form Manager' screen.

Select the fields from the 'Available fields' box and add/insert them to the 'Fields to View' box. You can also remove fields from the 'Fields to View' box.

Click OK to close the screen.

When I click a hyperlink in the email notification, it closes my current TrackWeb
session and opens a new log-in window. Is there a way to prevent this?
Answer:
Yes. You can prevent
this by configuring your browser. Here's the sequence of steps to accomplish that:

Click Tools -> Internet Options
from the menu bar of Internet Explorer.

Select the
'Advanced Tab' from the resulting Internet Options screen.

Under the Browsing section,
uncheck the option "Reuse windows for launching
shortcuts".

Press OK
to save the changes.

Close all the Internet Explorer windows.

Login to
TrackWeb again.

Try the hyperlink of the record in the Email
Notification now.

It
will prompt you with an alert 'The web page you are viewing is
trying to close the window. Do you want to close this window?'.
Click 'Yes' and you will go to the record directly .
