What security settings
are required to import/export information between TRACKWeb and
Microsoft Outlook?
Answer:
1. From the File menu, select Tools -> Internet
Options.
2. From the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
3. Determine if you are running TRACKWeb from the Internet or from
your Local Intranet, select that icon, and click Custom Level.
4. From the Security Settings dialog box, verify that Enable is selected for Initialize and
script ActiveX controls not marked as safe. If it is not, change
the setting.
NOTE: Before you can import or export information between Outlook
and TRACKWeb, your administrator must map the fields in TRACKWeb
with the respective fields (properties) in Outlook.
