A popular new feature of version 8.7 is the capability to setup recurring opportunities and activities in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly patterns. Sales, marketing and customer service teams can now increase efficiency and productivity by automatically creating recurring events, such as repeat appointments, meetings, and maintenance renewals.

“This feature saves time and helps avoid human error. You can schedule a weekly meeting for your sales team or a monthly service renewal for your customers, and you are confident that the CRM system will automatically remind you,” said Manu Das, president of Soffront. “Because this feature improves productivity and confidence, it also helps increase revenue and provide better customer service,” Das concluded.

Question
: How can I schedule reports to be automatically run and sent to my user(s) in version 8.7?

Answer: 
Soffront allows you to run a report on a scheduled basis for any pre-saved reports, and automatically send this to yourself or any users in the system. To do this, simply go to Report Manager. Select the report that you would like to run on schedule. Click on the Report Scheduler icon. This will bring up a form to name the task, schedule the date/time and interval, plus an option to select the users that should receive the report via email. Click Save when done.
