Soffront On-Demand service

The Soffront "On-Demand" Service is ideal for Mid-Market companies who want to centrally manage their customer facing processes, but don't want to manage IT infrastructure or use staff resources for administration. With Soffront Hosted ASP, you'll be free to focus on your business, and not worry about infrastructure requirements, maintenance, and upgrades.

This model offers capabilities that are not usually available with hosted applications, including unmatched breadth and depth of features, and powerful customization. It has the ability to grow with your business, allowing you to migrate your system in-house without losing existing customizations or integrations.

Soffront also offers Concurrent or Floating user licenses to its on-demand customers. Most hosted CRM vendors offer only 'named' or 'dedicated' user licenses. This means that each user of the system must have a separate license, adding to the total cost. Customers that need, for example, round-the-clock operations in a support center, benefit from concurrent licenses. They add as many users as necessary and do not remove users from the system as employees leave the company. Also, they are able to track each user's activity and productivity.

1. From Rules Setup, click Linking Rules.
2. Click the New button to create a New rule
3. Fill in the necessary information in the New Linking Rule page and click the OK button.
