Partner packages are scaled for increased levels of commitment and delivery capability offering scope to regional partners as well as larger, national partner organizations.
Premier Partner program
This program is the right choice for companies looking to offer the entire line of Soffront Software products and the corresponding installation & application engineering services, offers a powerful combination of tools and services to help you build and sustain a successful Soffront Software practice.
Premier Partners leverage close contact with Soffront and have access to the latest technology/beta releases for testing with end customers. The program offers: complimentary development software for all products, a rich combination of technical & sales training certifications, discounts on our entire curriculum, on line access to product demonstration facilities, 24×7 premier partner support (option), a comprehensive kit of sales and marketing tools, a named channel management resource(s) and much, much more.
Alliance Partner program
Our entry level program, the Alliance Program, is a cost effective alternative for companies that have the ability and desire to sell Soffront Software solutions but don’t currently have the staffing or infrastructure to support the products post sale. Like the Premier Program, the Alliance Partner program authorizes Partners to resell Soffront Software applications, while implementation and support services are offered through a an Independent Consultant network.
The Independent Consultant offers a multitude of services and support on both software and hardware to customers on behalf of the Alliance Partners. The Alliance Program Package includes: Formal sales/presales training for sales/sales engineers, online access to product demonstration facilities, revenue opportunity on product and services provided by the Independent Consultant, 24×7 partner support, a comprehensive kit of sales & marketing tools, a VAD channel management resource and more.
Independent Consultants Program
Products from Soffront Software simplify the interaction management process. Selecting the right product solution, however, can be challenging. The Consultants program helps customers determine the best possible solution. This program also makes it easy for the consultants themselves, requiring no initial fee and providing training via the Web based Soffront Software Education Program.
Other Consultants can provide consulting and implementation support to Alliance Partners. Alliance Partners provide Marketing and Sales programs for the Soffront platform and Independent Consultants provide the technical backup in pre and post sale scenarios.
Soffront Business Development Team
Soffront has a robust Business Development team. Business and Channel Development Managers are the primary contacts for all Partners and will provide all sales & marketing support. The Channel Development Managers based in the US, Canada, Europe and India are available for immediate consultation regarding the Soffront Partner Development program.
