API and Integration

Soffront offers a fully documented comprehensive web services and COM API for easy customization and access to Soffront data and business logic. You can use the API from any standard technology like Java or .NET

The system is designed to integrate with third party applications like accounting systems, call centers, inventory systems, etc. All the functionality built into the platform is part of the API to completely control the platform from outside systems. The customizations done at installation and over the years are preserved when you upgrade.

Web Services

Soffront’s secure standards-based XML Web Services provides developers high level access to business functions and direct low level access to object data. You can use any technology to use our Web Services API including Java and .NET.

You will have access to all objects, entities and attributes in CRM, including custom entities that you have created yourself. You will also have access to the metadata for administration and housekeeping. Achieve real time simple, lightweight, and secure sharing of information between CRM and other external business systems.

Intuit Quickbooks Integration

The two-way integration between Intuit QuickBooks and Soffront CRM preserves the investment in your accounting system while extending critical back office application functions into the front office in order to eliminate duplicate entries and increase visibility.
