Soffront CRM workflow designer uses a visual environment for designing business processes by dragging and dropping states and actions into a user-defined sequence. Each step in the workflow stream can invoke a customized form. Access to the customized forms and the fields, is based on the role based security model.

You can assign different workflows to different user roles. Create automated alerts and notifications based on action or state changes. Setup pre-defined automated processes to occur based on a triggered event, change in information, or lack of action within a specified timeframe.
