CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT MODULE OF
SOFFRONT CRM

Soft Computer (SCC) has implemented Soffront
Knowledge Management System (KMS), a module of the
company’s popular Soffront CRM solution. SCC, a
leading Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) vendor

world, is using Soffront KMS to improve customer
service and save time.
