SILICON VALLEY CRM
--Acquisition Strengthens
Soffront’s Position as a Leading Provider of
Mid-Market CRM Solutions--
Fremont, California, July 26, 2004 -- Soffront
Software, Inc. (www.soffront.com), a leading
supplier of end-to-end CRM solutions specifically
designed for the mid-market, today announced that
they have acquired Silicon Valley CRM (www.svcrm.com),
a CRM solutions provider specializing in solutions
for small and mid-sized organizations. The
acquisition will strengthen Soffront’s position as a
leading provider of CRM solutions to small and
mid-sized businesses. The terms of the acquisition
were not disclosed.
