had been using the helpdesk module of Soffront CRM
for seven years, the company updated all software
and purchased additional modules in April of 2003.
“In order to improve customer support, we needed a
software solution that would combine several
disparate databases throughout the company and allow
us to track issues, guaranteeing resolution in a
timely manner,” explained Jeffrey Zickler, president

using an in house application that was becoming very

the dashboard so that the first thing anyone sees
when they log in is the open calls. With visibility
like that, calls don’t stay open for long.”
“We are confident that tickets get opened,
prioritized and resolved quickly,” continued Zickler.
“Instead of several databases with conflicting data,
we now have one coherent and consistent database.
All of our historical data for the past three years
has been converted into Soffront CRM, allowing
technicians to do a quick search or query by
example. This capability saves a tremendous amount
of time when resolving current issues.”
The improved customer service results are
impressive. “In the past 60-90 days, I’ve received
more voice mail and email messages from happy
customers with positive comments regarding support
than I have received in the last previous 2-3
quarters,” concluded Zickler.
